#TRIBEPLUS - is our amazing new Pelvic Floor Friendly and Core Focused exercise class. Designed as the next step for #TRIBECORE graduates as well as those looking for a fun, friendly and female focused approach to fitness. There will definitely be no crazy jumping or burpees!
